In its Order Approving Implementation Plan, Adopting Clarifications, and Modifying Environmental Disclosure Program dated April 14, 2005 (Order), the Commission approved the Implementation Plan (Plan) for the RPS included as Appendix A. The Order calls on the DPS and NYSERDA to administer the Plan in accordance with its discussion in the body of the Order. Specifically, to maximize the efficiency of the RPS and to leverage the expertise and experience available from stakeholders, DPS and NYSERDA will be convening a series of concentrated, focused workshops on defined topics. This workshop is one of these stakeholder meetings.
