The EMEP Program underwent an external evaluation to determine the program’s effectiveness in sponsoring and managing research, disseminating results, and affecting environmental policy. As part of this review, EMEP staff put together an overview of the program and major findings from more than 40 different research projects funded by EMEP. Figures 2-4 in the Main Text of the Evauluation provide a summary of the key findings of the EMEP Program. More detailed information on the projects is presented in Appendix E, which will be available soon. The results of the Program Impact Evaluation are reported in the “Value-Cost Assessment of New York Energy Smart Research and Development Program,” which will also be available soon.
