Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) invites proposals from qualified developers (Aapplicant) to design,construct, finance, lease, and maintain a lifestyles center or mixed use building and related improvements at the Saratoga Lifestyles Center Development at the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park^® (STEP^® in the town of Malta, Saratoga County, New York. It is expected that the building will contain a variety of services, such as a deli, coffee shop, gym, daycare, bank branch, copy center, dry cleaner and other such businesses that will support companies located at STEP.
