Description: In partnership with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Program Opportunity Notice (PON) 2078 seeks proposals that have the potential of reducing the carbon intensity of the existing multi-modal transportation system in New York State. For the purpose of this solicitation, carbon intensity is defined as CO2 emissions per unit of passenger or freight transport. Total available New York State funding is $1,500,000. All, or none, of the available funding may be allocated.
