Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide services of Regional Coordination under the New York Energy $martSM Communities (E$C) Program in the Western New York (WNY) and the North Country (NC) New York regions. The selected organization (Contractor or Energy $martSM Coordinator) will provide energy education, outreach services, and clean energy business development to the residents, businesses, and communities.
