Description: NYSERDA is soliciting proposals from Independent Program Administrators (“Contractors”) to provide energy efficiency programs to ratepayers of New York State pursuant to the Public Service Commission Order Establishing Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard and Approving Programs in Case 07-M-1548 (Order), issued June 23, 2008. NYSERDA may propose one or more programs submitted under this PON to the Public Service Commission (PSC) for funding for programs to be implemented in the 2009 – 2011 time period. Final program selection will be made by the PSC.
