Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is seeking proposals from land plan or land use consultants or consulting firms to aid in the development of the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park (STEP), a 280 acre Park located 24 miles north of Albany in Malta, NY. The selected firm will be responsible for updating the STEP Master Plan, periodic revisions to the STEP land plan, and advising on land use issues and building plans, among other tasks.
