Submitting ARRA Projects to NYSERDANYSERDA is currently accepting proposals for RFP 1613: Project Implementation Funding for State Energy Program, RFP 1656: Impact Evaluation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) , RFP 1621: Energy Code Training and Support Services and PON1686: Competitive Capacity Based Incentive Program. These are the solicitations for State Energy Program funds based on the plan that was approved by the U.S. Department of Energy on July 2, 2009. Proposal Submission for the Project Implementation Funding for State Energy ProgramProposers must submit one (1) paper copy of your proposal and one (1) electronic copy on a CD by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the respective due date. The paper copy must have a signed Proposal Checklist attached to the front and must include an original signature. Proposals must be clearly labeled and submitted to:
