The following agencies can help identify appropriate equipment, offer technical assistance, or co-fund the purchase and implementation of key energy-efficient products or technologies.

Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) 
Construction
- All-green only-green policy
applies to all DASNY construction projects. New additions or significant renovations must register in a LEED system, set goals, and document progress. All other projects must set specific sustainable goals (without third party review process).
Public Finance
- Tax-Exempt Equipment Leasing Program (TELP)
provides financing for the leasing of various types of equipment, including energy-efficiency equipment, ranging from computer or phone systems to major health diagnostic equipment
