The New York Energy $martSM Unitary HVAC program is designed to increase the availability, promotion, sale and long-term performance of energy efficient commercial and industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products and services.

- Demand Control Ventilation (DCV)
- Quality Installation and Quality Maintenance (QI/QM)

NYSERDA promotes the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) Tier 1 energy efficiency specification for commercial HVAC units, these efficiency levels are approximately 22% higher than the current federal minimum standards. Incorporating equipment that falls under CEE’s Tier 2 specifications would provide even greater energy savings for your building.
