Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), as administrator of the New York Energy $martK Program, requests applications for incentives for effective, energy-efficient lighting projects performed by participants in the Small Commercial Lighting Program (“SCLP” or “Program”). These incentives are offered to further encourage promotion, design, and implementation of effective, energy-efficient lighting in small commercial buildings or spaces.
