Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) seeks to procure the environmental attributes created by eligible generation resources under the Renewable Portfolio Standard Program (RPS Attributes). While not required, NYSERDA encourages entities interested in participating in this procurement to submit the attached Notice of Intent to Bid Form (Attachment G) as soon as possible. Those entities filing a Notice of Intent to Bid Form will be notified by email of any changes to this RFP.
