Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides Statewide funding for the installation of energy conservation measures including: energy efficiency, renewable energy, and clean fleet projects. This program is made available as part of NYSERDA’s administration of the State Energy Program (SEP) funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Eligible Proposers include: municipal governments, public K-12 schools, public universities or colleges (including SUNY, SUNY community colleges, CUNY, and CUNY community colleges), public and private hospitals, and not-for-profits (defined as a Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) qualifying organization formed prior to February 17, 2009).
