Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is seeking proposals to support the development, establishment, implementation, and management of a New York Energy Policy Institute (NYEPI). The purpose of the NYEPI is to tap into the extensive knowledge base of New York’s public and private institutions of higher learning in an effort to support interdisciplinary energy research, technology, and policy analysis, and to provide guidance to New York State’s decision makers on energy issues impacting New York State.
