Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the selection of Home Energy Rating Systems (HERS) Providers. HERS Providers responding to this RFQ must be accredited by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) (www.natresnet.org) at the time of application to offer HERS Provider services in New York State.
